No. Clario is priced per MSP user login — meaning the people on your team who sign in to Clario. It is not priced per Microsoft 365 end user inside the tenants you manage, and there is no Clario fee per Microsoft tenant you connect.
Yes. Trial length varies by plan but is a minimum of 7 days, full platform, no card required.
Plans are annual, paid monthly. You commit to a 12-month term and the charge lands on your card each month — no big upfront invoice, no auto-renew lock-in surprises.
Not yet. Clario is not available in the Pax8 marketplace today, but we are actively working to get there. In the meantime you can buy Clario directly from us at any tier.
Clario is purpose-built for the Microsoft channel: it correlates Microsoft Graph + Partner Center + Pax8 in one tenant model, layers AI on top to surface upsell motions ranked by your sales team, and gives every MSP its own white-label storefront. A BI dashboard cannot transact, recommend, or persist that context.
Tenant data is encrypted within our database (PII fields are envelope-encrypted with rotating keys). Reports and exports live in object storage scoped per account. We never persist Microsoft refresh tokens for tenants that consent via GDAP — they remain in Partner Center.
